BOTANICAL:

来 源: 为十字花科植物菘蓝Isatis indigotica Fort.的干燥根。

植物特征: 二年生草本。茎直立,上部多分枝。叶互生,基生叶具柄,叶片长圆状椭圆形,长15~30cm,宽3~7cm,全缘或波状;茎生叶长圆形或长圆状披针形,长3~5cm,宽0.5~3.5cm,先端钝或尖,基部垂耳圆形,抱茎,全缘。复总状花序顶生,花黄色;萼片4;花瓣4,倒卵形;雄蕊6,四强;子房上位,1室。长角果矩圆形,扁平,边缘翅状。

生药材鉴定: 呈圆柱形,稍扭曲,长10~20厘米。直径0.5~1厘米。表面浅灰黄色或淡棕黄色,粗糙,有纵皱纹及横斑痕和支根,根头部稍膨大,有叶柄残留。体实,质略软,断面皮部黄白色至棕色, 木质部黄色。质量以平直、粗壮、坚实、粉性大者为佳。

 

 

 

Pharmacology

化学成分: 靛甙、β-谷甾醇、靛红、板蓝根结晶乙、板蓝根结晶丙、板蓝根结晶丁、植物性蛋白、树脂状物、糖类、氨基酸(精氨酸、脯氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、γ-氨基丁 酸、缬氨酸和亮氨酸)及芥子甙、抗革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌的抑菌物质及动力精。新鲜叶中含有大青素B。新鲜植物中含3-吲哚甲基葡萄糖异硫氰酸盐(或称芸苔 甙),1-甲氧基-3-吲哚甲基葡萄糖异硫氰酸盐(或称新芸苔甙),1-磺酰-3-吲哚甲基葡萄糖异硫氰酸盐(或称1-磺-基-芸苔甙)。

 

 

 

Efficacy

A new indigoid derivative, bisindigotin (1), with 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD)-antagonistic activity was isolated from the ethanol extract of the Chinese medicinal herb Isatis indigotica. Its structure was determined by spectroscopic methods. In the human HepG2 hepatoma cell model, 1 (50 nM to 2 microM) was found to dose-dependently inhibit TCDD-induced ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase (EROD) activity. (source)
